Frequently Asked Questions
Can my agents send email from my own domain?
Yes. Pro, Scale, and Enterprise plans support custom domains. Register your domain in the dashboard and add the DNS records we provide — your agents can then send and receive email as agent@yourdomain.com instead of @afterdraft.ai.
What counts as an email?
Every inbound or outbound message counts as one email. Webhook notifications, API calls, and inbox polling do not count toward your email limit.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade instantly from your dashboard. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new limits. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my email limit?
We will never block your agents from sending. Overages are billed at the per-email rate for your plan. You can set usage alerts to stay informed.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Enterprise plans can optionally include annual agreements with a discount.
Do you offer a discount for startups?
Yes. Early-stage startups (under $1M in funding) can apply for 50% off Pro or Scale for 12 months. Email us at hello@afterdraft.ai.
